Anything Goes: Hand-building & Beer
Anything Goes: Hand-building & Beer begins at ZEAL Creative Studios with a two-hour pottery workshop. You'll have the freedom to make anything you'd like with up to 2lbs of clay. Previous experience with hand-building is helpful, but not necessary! Afterward, you'll head down the road to the Kemptville Brewing Company for your choice of beverage and main.
Fine print
At ZEAL, clay, tools, and glaze are provided. ZEAL will bisque- and glaze-fire all pieces, which will be available for pickup 6-8 weeks later.
At the brewery, beverages include their draft beers, cocktails, and mocktails. Mains include za, handhelds, or greens.
Additional food and beverages, including add-ons, will be charged separately and are subject to taxes and gratuity.

- 3 pm - 5 pm at ZEAL (10055 French Settlement Road)
- 5 pm - 7 pm (or later at 386 Townline Rd RR 103)

The studio is in the un-insulated outbuilding. Please dress accordingly. There is a health compliant portable washroom on the property.

This is a learning process that takes years of exploration. Pieces can crack, form blisters or pinholes, craze, and crawl. While every effort is made to fire work safely, ZEAL is not responsible for damage, breakage, or loss during firing. Work that is not picked up within two months will be made available in ZEAL’s community shop or donated to a good cause.
