Pottery Summer Camp 2026 application form

This form is to gauge interest for Pottery Summer Camp 2026 for 8-14 year olds. Complete one application form per child.

Deadlines:

• 48 hours after applying: Receive a ZEAL acceptance/waitlist email by this date. If your child is not accepted, they will be placed on the waitlist.
• 72 hours after acceptance: Payment, waiver, and registration form due. Failure to receive payment by this time will result in the spot going to another child on the waitlist.
